Our vision for the 2026-2028 three-year period is clear: to become a modern, digital, and institutionally strong organization that delivers meaningful value to its members and to society.


💻 2026: Year of Digital Transformation

Goal: Building a modern and effective operational model.

January – April: Digital Infrastructure Foundation. Launch of a fully accessible new website and central management platform, along with complete digitization of records for faster service delivery.

May – August: Quality & Training. A training program for our members on the new tools, and the launch of processes for obtaining international quality certifications.

September – December: New Digital Services. Full activation of online applications for our members, ensuring transparency and immediacy in handling every request.


🌍 2027: Year of Social Connectivity & Outreach

Goal: Expanding our reach and amplifying the voice of the Organization.

January – April: Strategic Partnership Network. Forming national alliances with public and private bodies to implement joint social programs.

May – August: Regional Presence. Organizing informational events and activities across the country to engage directly with local communities.

September – December: National Awareness Campaign. Launching a major campaign to raise public awareness and attract new supporters to the Organization.


🏆 2028: Year of Institutional Establishment & Leadership

Goal: Positioning the Organization as a leading point of reference in its field.

January – April: Research & Academic Documentation. Establishing a research center and publishing the first annual report with policy proposals and action recommendations.

May – August: International Recognition. Active participation in European forums and integration into international networks for the exchange of expertise and best practices.

September – December: Grand Conference 2028. Organizing a landmark event to review the achievements of the three-year period and set the goals for the next decade.
